Cancelling is free until two minutes after a driver accepts your request. After that a small fee compensates the driver for their time; the amount is shown before you confirm.
If you were charged incorrectly, open the trip in Activity and tap Report an issue. Approved refunds go to your Movra Wallet within minutes, or to your original payment method within 7 working days.
