Before the trip
Every driver is verified with their national ID, driving licence and vehicle registration. Your app shows the driver's photo, name, rating, vehicle and number plate — check them before you get in.
During the trip
- Trip PIN. Your ride only starts when you tell the driver your 4-digit PIN, so you never get into the wrong car.
- Share trip. Send a live link to anyone; they can see the driver, the vehicle and where you are without installing the app.
- SOS button. One tap alerts the Movra safety team with your live location, and gives you a shortcut to call 999.
After the trip
Rate your driver and tell us what happened. Reports about safety go straight to a specialist who will contact you — usually within 15 minutes.
